Refund Policy
Digital products and online courses
All purchases of digital products and online courses — including the Leading Under Pressure course — are non-refundable once access has been provided, except where required by applicable law.
If The Unbreakable Advantage Institute cancels a paid program or is unable to deliver the purchased product, the purchaser will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer their payment to a rescheduled or equivalent program.
Speaking, workshops, and organizational services
Speaking engagements, workshops, advisory services, and customized organizational programs are governed by the payment, rescheduling, cancellation, and refund provisions contained in the applicable client agreement. Please refer to your signed agreement for those terms.

Course Terms — Leading Under Pressure
Access and enrollment
Upon purchase, you will be granted access to the Leading Under Pressure course for the access period specified at the time of your enrollment. The duration of course access will be confirmed and published prior to enrollment opening. Access is granted to the individual or the number of seats purchased.
Non-transferability
- Login credentials and course materials may not be shared with any other person
- Course access may not be transferred to another individual without prior written approval from The Unbreakable Advantage Institute
- Organizational or team enrollments are limited to the number of seats purchased
Intellectual property
All course content — including videos, audio recordings, workbooks, assessments, frameworks, tools, and related materials — remains the exclusive intellectual property of The Unbreakable Advantage Institute. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your personal development only.
Course materials may not be:
- Copied, reproduced, or distributed in any form
- Taught, facilitated, or presented to others — in whole or in part
- Resold or sublicensed
- Used to create derivative programs, workshops, curricula, or products
Any such use requires prior written permission from The Unbreakable Advantage Institute.
Misuse and access suspension
The Unbreakable Advantage Institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the course, without refund, in cases of unauthorized sharing, credential distribution, or any other violation of these course terms.
Refunds
Course purchases are non-refundable once access has been issued, except where required by applicable law or where The Unbreakable Advantage Institute cancels or is unable to deliver the program.
Speaking & Organizational Engagements
Speaking engagements, advisory services, and customized organizational programs are governed by the payment, rescheduling, cancellation, and refund provisions contained in the applicable client agreement.
Workshop cancellation policy
The following cancellation terms apply to workshops unless otherwise specified in the client agreement:
- 21 or more days before the event: Full refund
- 14 days before the event: 50% refund
- 7 or fewer days before the event: No refund
Rescheduling
Workshops may be rescheduled at no additional charge when the request is made 30 or more days before the original event date. Rescheduling requests made within 30 days of the event date are subject to availability and may incur additional fees, as specified in the client agreement.
Exceptional circumstances
The Unbreakable Advantage Institute understands that genuine emergencies — such as a medical crisis, hospitalization, sudden organizational emergency, or severe weather event including hurricanes and named storms — are not the same as a change of plans. In exceptional circumstances of this nature, rescheduling, holds, or modified terms may be considered at the sole discretion of The Unbreakable Advantage Institute. Requests of this kind must be submitted in writing to misty@unbreakableadvantage.com as soon as the situation arises. Documentation may be requested. The granting of any exception does not create an obligation to grant future exceptions under similar or different circumstances.
Institute-initiated cancellations
If The Unbreakable Advantage Institute cancels a confirmed engagement, the client will receive a full refund of any amounts paid or the option to reschedule at no additional charge, at the client's election.
